How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each item is custom-made to order, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days after production.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We allow modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, the item enters the production phase and changes can no longer be made.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our products are unique and made specifically for you, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if there was a manufacturing error on our part.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will my uploaded photo be high enough quality for printing?
Our system checks for basic resolution requirements, but for the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) in JPG or PNG format.
